Who this covers

This policy covers HWJ Valets ("we", "us"). If you contact us for a quote or booking, this explains what personal data we collect and what happens to it.

What we collect

If you use the enquiry form, call, WhatsApp or message us on Facebook or Instagram, we collect whatever you give us: your name, phone number, email address, location, vehicle details and the job you need doing.

What we use it for

• Getting back to you with a quote
• Arranging and carrying out valeting or detailing work you've booked
• Keeping basic job and contact records for repeat customers

We don't use your data for marketing you haven't asked for, and we don't sell it to anyone.

Who we share it with

• FormSubmit.co - processes the enquiry form and forwards submissions to our email.
• GitHub Pages - hosts and serves this website, and may log standard technical data (like IP address) as part of normal web hosting.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you or deliver a booked job. If you become a repeat customer, we keep basic contact details for as long as we're valeting for you.

Cookies

We use optional Google Analytics cookies only when you choose ‘Accept analytics’. These help us understand site visits, popular pages and enquiries. Analytics is off by default, and you can decline without affecting the site.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 07926 517296 or email hwjvalets@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
